The holidays can be joyful and, sometimes, complicated. Katie, our Clinical Director, shared some wisdom on managing big feelings during the holiday season. In part two of this series, we focus on reframing.

Thanks to you, we served over 700 clients this year, supporting women+ and families along their journeys towards achieving economic and emotional self-determination. Your support makes possible care and education that helps people of all income levels get mental health support, find their voice, and make choices to achieve their goals!

On October 3rd, we hosted our ‘Serve it Forward’ Pickleball Mixer at Wolverine Pickleball. The night was filled with round robins, trivia, challenge courts, and exclusive food from Little Kim as we celebrated our mission. Thank you to all of our sponsors, volunteers, staff, and guests for building stronger futures in our community — one serve at a time!
