We have been listening, reflecting, and working behind the scenes for a while now. And today we're ready to share what's coming.

This spring and summer, we're making significant investments in our facility and our team. It goes beyond a remodel. It's a deepening of our commitment to this community to deliver the best experience and results we can.

The strength training room is expanding by 33% with all-new equipment, we're building a dedicated cardio area and a purpose-built group exercise space, and we're adding Fitness Solutions class times starting in March. We're also welcoming two new exercise physiologists to the team. And we stay fully operational the entire remodel.

We just released arguably one of the most meaningful conversations we’ve had on the AFS Health & Care Podcast - a sit-down with Tammi Carr of the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation

Tammi’s story is powerful. When her son Chad was diagnosed with DIPG, her family faced every parent’s worst nightmare. But instead of letting grief have the final word, they built a movement that’s now changing the future of pediatric brain cancer. Their work has helped fuel breakthrough research and even played a role in the first FDA-approved treatment for DIPG.

With that being said, here's how we're doing our part:
