Yoga Nidra = yogic sleep π΄ Experience Intense relaxation

Students will rest comfortably on their backs while the instructor guides them through a body awareness meditation.
Youβll enter a space in your mind where you are not fully awake but also not asleep (some do fall asleep and thatβs alright π )
The result is a feeling of intense release and lightness - difficult to explain with words β you just have to experience it for yourself.
When outside stressors are at a high, let this practice help you reset mind & body to experience inner peace
*You can bring cushions / blankets
*Wear comfortable clothing to rest
