Doing some great investigating this year - all from the computer so far unfortunately. We're still not wanting to risk catching COVID so we won't be doing on-site investigations until we're sure it's safe. We hope everyone else stays safe too!

Just in time for Halloween, we're finally able to go public with one of the big announcements we've been wanting to make - We will have a vendor table at the Old Firehouse Para-Con 2018! We will have information on joining our organization or setting up an investigation for your home or place of business, as well as a few things for sale to help fund our organization (which runs on donations only). Between now and then we'll be working on researcg, promotions, and more designs to sell. Let us know what you'd like to see, and we can't wait to see you there!

Wow, we've been pretty dead lately. Apologies to our followers! Our leader's partner has been diagnosed with Chron's Disease and is going through a lot. Hospitals, treatments, surgeries, the whole 9 yards. But don't fret! Our fearless leader has a big announcement to make soon...

Very interesting read!

This particular Legend comes from Fairport Harbor Ohio from some time around 1700... A lot of people know one particular legend about the cat that haunts the lighthouse...

But what a lot of people probably haven't heard or if they have they've heard basic stories of the Shipwreck that happened off the beach near the lighthouse... Back before the lighthouse was built.. there was an old inn.. one of the first actually in the town.. the local inn was the social Gathering area for not only vessels coming in from Lake Erie but also people that had traveled.. one early morning The Innkeeper while preparing to open the establishment... several gentleman rushed in with a severely wounded person... They placed him on one of the tables & the doctor from town was notified... The doctor ran as fast as he could to the inn and tried to save the life of the man that was dying.. unfortunately he ended up dying right there on the table.. it wasn't until later that The Innkeeper and the doctor found out that the man that had died was actually a captain of a ship that had slammed into several rocks near the beach... Many men died because of the captain's arrogance believing the ship was Unsinkable.. shortly after this... Several of the men began burying the captain and strange things started happening in the inn .. the men that had survived started to hear Whispers... first at the inn then on the beach near the wreckage... Terrified several men hung themselves at the inn or near by ... One of the men claimed that he was hearing his former Captain telling him (he must follow him to death & that death would be his release) The Man ending up going insane and killed 3 People before The local towns folk hung the man. The Innkeeper for many years believed that the dead Captain was Haunting his establishment and refused to take in guests at night as he believed the captain didn't like new guests coming in at night.. eventually the Inn came to a close.. and it was eventually torn down and replaced with many of the buildings currently there... One of these particular buildings supposedly has the body of the captain underneath its foundation... And many people swear that they've heard a very low man's voice... They can't make out what it saids... But it is believed to be the voice of the captain wandering the halls & buildings looking for Redemption...
