I’m so grateful for the people who “found” the book before it launched. Shout out to (friend and author), who purchased the first two copies 🥹. And, to my stepmom who purchased a copy (before I even announced the live link) and helped edit it. Grateful for my sister () who immediately ordered a copy when she realized the link was ready. Lastly, thankful for my dad, mom, and therapist friend () who took the time to edit!

Abandonment wounds run deep. They tell us that people won’t show up, that we’re too much, or that we don’t matter enough.

When we’ve been left before—emotionally or physically—the fear of being left again becomes unbearable. We start to wonder:
Am I worth showing up for? Am I lovable enough to stay?

This pain isn’t just about someone not showing up. It’s about the stories our wounds create—the belief that their absence reflects our worth.

But here’s the truth:
•Their choices are not a reflection of you.
•Your worth is inherent.
•You are deserving of love and connection, no matter who stays or leaves.

Healing starts when we hold space for our younger selves, the ones who didn’t feel chosen, and remind them:
I am here. I will show up for you.
