This year’s theme, Healing Environments, Healthy Futures, explores environmental justice and community driven approaches to building healthier, more resilient communities. Next Wednesday, February 25 at 6 pm, join PHSAD and HBHESA in SPH I Room 1655 for a screening of The Cost of Inheritance, a documentary that explores key issues of diversity and democracy by bringing real people and their family histories into the reparations debate.

Jamaican Jerk Pit will be served in a pay what you can donation style, with proceeds supporting Birth Detroit, a Black led, midwifery centered birth center.

🤍🎅🏾🥰🤎As we wrap up the fall semester, PHSAD would like to wish everyone a happy holiday season and thank you for joining us at our final events, Breaking Bread and our holiday card-making event for individuals who are incarcerated. It was wonderful to come together in fellowship as the semester came to a close and to share some holiday cheer with people across the state.
