Spring 2022 is heading into Summer, and I’ve been taking only a few photos of the flowers. Here are some, including a beautiful rose from a Mother’s Day bouquet from my son, Philip!
Summer is a good time to take a break, which could include a foot reflexology session. My hours are now Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, by appointment.
For safety of all, masks are still required in our office.

A month into Shelter in Place, with no end in sight for now. As I wait for the Coronavirus to subside, I am so grateful to the First Responders of all types for taking care of the sick and keeping the food supply, transportation, safety and other essential services operating.
Looking forward to the day when it is safe enough for all, to re-open my reflexology practice. Until then, I hope you are all staying safe and healthy! -Denise Held
