So much of our medical system isn’t built to listen… and when patients aren’t heard, autonomy slips away. I’ve written a new blog post about why listening matters, why responsibility for our own health is essential, and what true healing really looks like.

It’s not about being “fixed.” It’s about compassion, questions, and remembering that we are already whole. 🌿

Too often, patients are silenced instead of heard, leaving autonomy behind in the exam room. Real healing begins when we ask questions, take responsibility, and partner with our doctors as advocates for our own health.
