Hard truth - NONE of my patients who feel tired and stressed and anxious and who are struggling with pain and digestive issues do ALL (or even most) of these things:
- hydrate effectively
- work out 3-5 times per week
- achieve DAILY movement with at least 10k steps
- prioritize sleep
- focus on a high fiber and high protein diet without restricting calories
- manage stress
- minimize/eliminate toxic relationships
- practice gratitude and surrender
I'm still learning, too. But the small steps are SO important. Where can you start?
