My name is Michael Walker and I'm a personal trainer. I received my certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I'm passionate about helping people improve their lives through physical fitness. My philosophy is that Fitness training can give you the strength to find balance in a chaotic world. Through training, you can build a body capable of allowing you to listen to your heart
and follow your dreams. It takes a lot of energy to live a life of passion and excitement, but that's ultimately what I want for my clients. Personal fitness training is a great tool you can use to condition yourself in such a way to become more productive at work, have more passionate relationships and have the energy to take advantage of the amazing opportunities that come your way. It also allows you the opportunity to build a better relationship with your body. Our bodies are not separate from us, but sometimes it feels like we can't control them. Through working out, listening to our bodies and working with our bodies we are capable of achieving a greater balance of mind, body, and spirit which ultimately give us great awareness of how to stay in balance and live life with passion.
