Providing compassionate ABA therapy and practical autism resources to help families, children, and teens thrive across Michigan — with locations in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Monroe, and Lansing. The INSIGHT team strongly believes in collaborating with other professionals, families, and clients to develop effective and meaningful treatment programs that lead to socially significant changes, promoting inclusion and fostering lifelong independent living. Our practice is centered around Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supported by a variety of approaches to family-centered care. ABA is a scientific discipline that examines the relationship between an individual’s environment and their behavior. It is a nationally recognized, evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The Statewide Autism Resources & Training (START) Project partners with schools, community organizations, and families to support students with autism as they build skills, participate in their communities, and prepare for the transition into adulthood.

A key part of this work is helping individuals and families think about autistic flourishing and wellbeing. Flourishing looks different for everyone, and autistic voices belong in that conversation. At ABA Insight we support the idea that true wellbeing means centering what matters most to the individual and supporting them in living a meaningful, fulfilling life.

START also provides valuable resources, training opportunities, and conferences designed to support educators, families, and professionals working with the autism community.

This past Thursday and Friday, we had the opportunity to attend the BAAM - Behavior Analysis Association of Michigan Convention! 🧡

It was an incredible experience sharing ideas, learning new research, and discussing practical strategies alongside other behavior analysis professionals.
