Unlike the scooping and continuous strokes of western massage, the thai method uses point pressure, muscle stretching, and compression, done in rhythmic mvement of gentle rocking. In thai massage it is not just the hands that are used to free the tension from the recipients body, but the therapists feet, forearms, kne

es, and elbows as well. Thai massage is applied on a mat on the floor, the work is done fully clothed and no ils are required. Thai massage can move deeper into the mechanical functions of the body, working with deep muscle tension and joint mobility as well as nerve, muscle and ligament balancing. We also offer Neuromuscular Therapy( known to some as deep tissue) which is a comprehensive and advanced system of soft tissue manipulation that specializes in working with chronic myofascial pain and pain syndromes. Meet Marvin🫶🏽

This pig was the pig that my god sister, Emily Eagan drew as a way of signing her letters and postcards. Her mother was kind enough to dig out this drawing she drew in Middle school!

My god sister was murdered while studying abroad over 23 years ago. I remember as a teenager praying and hoping the grief of her loss would subside one day. But it hasn’t. It probably never will. I think when you truly love someone, that love doesnt go anywhere. It is through that love that i find her, and know shes always with me.

I miss her. I miss her sense of humor. I miss how supportive she was. I miss her beautiful blue eyes and her scratchy smokers voice.

Now i have Marvin to remind me that the love from the loss of a dear one doesnt go anywhere. Its with me forever!

to my 3rd trip to india, when i was authorized to teach by my Guru. I felt invincible after i was authorized. I worked so hard with my practice everyday for 4 years. I found my teacher, and commuted to him daily for 5 years. He became my mentor to guide me as i made my way to teaching. Its such an honor to teach. Period.
