Spring yard work 🤝 sore bodies
We see it every year at this time.
Long days of gardening, yard clean-ups, lifting, raking, and twisting in positions your body hasn’t seen all winter.
Common spots we’re working on lately:
• low back
• hips
• shoulders
• forearms
A lot of it comes down to doing more than your body’s been used to.
Not a bad thing, just something your body needs help adapting to. We’re here to help.
