Such deep gratitude for these amazing humans.

Thank you for trusting and me to lead your practice and your vacation—an experience built on presence, curiosity, and choice.

Each of you shaped the container in your own way, creating a collective energy that was grounded, expansive, and undeniably ALIVE.

Dominical set the scene but the real magic ✨ connection, exploration, expansion ✨ came from within and between us.

And let’s be honest… this was just the beginning.
Part 2 lands February 1–7, 2027.

Same jungle, deeper journey. 🌴

This isn’t the movement I thought I’d initially return to—but it’s the one that found me.

We’ve taken a brief pause from the regularly scheduled programming.

Lately, most of my movement content has been shuffling.

After a serious car accident, I spent several years rehabbing my body— moving primarily for my mental health and through chronic pain in an effort to reclaim myself.

Yoga and pole, once home, suddenly felt foreign.
Painful in ways I didn’t recognize.

Shuffling is the first movement practice that I discovered after the accident that ACTUALLY sparked joy.

That woke up my inner child.
No pressure to return to sport—just play.

The looping choreography feels like a mandala.
Like vinyasa.
The sequencing scratches my brain in a similar way without demanding large ranges of motion from my body.

Being a beginner.
Finding flow.
Feeling carefree while doing it.

Joy counts as progress.

Movement journeys aren’t linear. I’m grateful for the shuffle community and the role it’s played in returning me back to my love for practicing…. and ultimately teaching group fitness.

What’s a form of movement that surprised you by bringing you back to yourself?
