Michigan Innovation Headquarters (MI-HQ), is a multi-building, 120,00+ square foot co-work campus facility located at 600 & 674 S. Wagner Road on Ann Arbor’s west side. Our mission is to help grow local companies by providing functional affordable space in a collaborative environment.
MI-HQ offers collaborative workspaces, turn-key office spaces, small and large conference rooms, high-speed internet, wet labs, specialty work areas, production areas, and free parking. This high energy, entrepreneurial environment brings together professionals from life sciences, drug discovery, medical device, alternative energy, cutting-edge technologies, consulting firms, and business development services. Startups, entrepreneurs, and established companies work side by side in both dedicated and shared spaces. The broad range of expertise present on the campus helps promote problem-solving at an accelerated pace.
Our campus includes two MI-HQ owned buildings and is home to 2|42 Community Church who also helps harvest the sense of community. Not only do they regularly host various special events, but the doors to their community center, cafe, and kids area are open to the public seven days a week. Our facilities are surrounded by beautiful landscapes, mature trees, and multiple picnic areas. Additionally, we are fortunate to have the UofM Saginaw Forest surround the west side of our campus. The 80-acre parcel of land lends itself to the study of forestry and sustainable ecosystem management, serves as a setting for research on diverse topics, and offers multiple hiking trails for all to enjoy.
