Luminous Heart Wellness

I believe deeply in the process of re-inhabiting the body and in the wisdom of the body. I combine Hakomi mindfulness based, somatic techniques with trauma-informed approaches, attachment work, and existential theory. I honor diversity, including spiritual diversity and am happy to include ritual and personal myth-making in our work together if that is an area that interests you. I also have a background in therapeutic movement, and offer movement-based exploration for those interested in connecting with their bodies in an active way. I am passionate about creating a safe space and relationship for you to explore how past wounding is affecting your present life, while helping support you in integrating this information in a way that can create lasting change. Experiential therapy offers the opportunity for new neural circuitry to form in the brain which can both help heal wounds and create the possibility for true transformation.
