Do you have lower extremity pain?

A research study by Rosedale et. al. 2020 found that 39.4% of lower extremity pain had a spinal source even when a spinal source was not suspected by the patient or referring physician.

A thorough evaluation by a McKenzie-trained therapist can help determine the source of your lower extremity pain using the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) approach.

Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (aka the McKenzie Method) is an evidence-based system of assessment, classification, and treatment. This treatment approach promotes patient management of spine and extremity conditions through education, specific exercise, and self-monitoring of symptoms and function.
