In this workshop we will build the foundations for a safe and strong 💪 handstand practice. This workshop is a safe space to explore your handstand journey, all levels of experience welcome 🤗

•Warm-ups to get ourselves ready to move
•Strength and mobility drills to help us learn how to engage our whole body and core upside down
•Practicing rebalancing and learning how to use our hands
•Getting on our hands in a way YOU personally can build strength🙌
