A great exercise for strengthening your gluteus medius muscles on the sides of your hips. These muscles help us balance and keep our hips healthy as we age— but they tend to be weak on most of us. It's World Perimenopause Day!
We all fall into those mindless habits that are not very loving toward ourselves. Can you use the self-awareness that you cultivate on your yoga mat to become more mindful of those habits, and choose to create healthier, more loving habits instead?
I was going to write that I was “playing around” with editing videos, but that would imply that I was having fun. I was not. I do not enjoy it and I’m not technologically savvy. However, after coming back to my breath several times to help calm my nervous system when I was starting to get frustrated, I was finally able to make this video clip.
