We had a wonderful audience today for our event: Meaningful Conversations with Dynamic Leading Women: Fueling Resiliency Through Purpose.
Today’s Venue Connect panel was more than just a discussion, it was a powerful reflection of what happens when authenticity, purpose, and vulnerability take center stage.
We had the incredible honor of hearing from three truly inspiring women:
Jessica Black, founder of Berry Clean Brands and developer of innovative technology in manufacturing with her Berry Bot Soap Maker, she embodies the kind of innovation that’s grounded in care and fueled by community impact.
Shay Bailey, founder and creator of the glam tech platform MyBeautyKit®, and the powerhouse beauty supplier behind the Detroit Pistons Cheerleaders, she leads with grace, grit, and unmatched entrepreneurial spirit.
Joanne Ewald, founder of Mend on the Move and a beacon of strength, she built a company that empowers domestic violence survivors with new skills through jewelry-making while building purpose-driven communities along the way.
These women didn’t just speak, they shared. Today’s panel was a strong reminder of the transformative power of purpose and resilience. These kinds of real conversations, the ones that include both humor and impactful stories, are what give others the fuel and the roadmap to keep going.
Huge thanks to our sponsor and partner Ann Arbor SPARK and moderator Jen Prouty for creating a space where these stories could be heard and felt.
Here’s to more meaningful conversations. 🌟
