THE HEAT
THE HEAT is a completely relaxing heat therapy session. Heat therapy is a natural and effective way to relieve pain and promote healing. Applying heat to sore or stiff muscles can help a number of conditions. In this session client is massaged using hot rocks and butter.

Join us for a transformative Reiki 1 certification class, where you’ll learn the foundations of Usui Reiki for self-healing and supporting the well-being of others. This two-day immersive experience will cover:
