Reflecting on the school shooting; as a mother and health care provider this is an absolute nightmare and it’s important to recognize the well-beings of our people. Mental illness plays an important part of this type of tragedies. Parents and doctors can help identify young patients at risk. Its not just about an antidepressant, it’s about compassion care to our people, listen to their needs, identify the risks, and help them find a solution. We are all responsible for this!
As Mother Teresa once said “We cannot do great things on this earth. We can only do small things with great love.”
When we take little bit of our time everyday, to reflect on the miracle of life, it helps develop our sense of gratitude and compassion to others.
