To the person who struggles simultaneously with constant exhaustion and burnout and discomfort during periods of rest, take a deep breath. Relax your shoulders. Notice the sensation of the clothes on your skin, the speed of your heartbeat.

Maybe you grew up being praised for your determination, your drive, and your resulting "success," so pushing yourself to your limits became your normal. You didn't want to disappoint anyone.

Nevertheless, you are enough as you are. You are worthy as you are. The things you do (or don't do) don't define you. Offer yourself some compassion - you deserve it. ❤️‍🩹

You're more than a talking head...

so shouldn't your therapy experiences reflect that too?

We call ourselves Reset Brain AND Body because we believe that your mental health involves *all* of you. In practice, that means that our team members can offer support regarding lifestyle changes for enhanced well-being. This also means that our therapeutic approaches involve more than just your voice - they involve music, dance, song, sketching, yoga, breathwork, and more. These approaches go deeper than traditional talk therapy to rewire your nervous system, allowing for real experiences of calmness that follow you out the door after your session ends.

➡️ This might be controversial, but we're going to say it: the system IS broken.

Therapy itself is not.

If you've ever felt hopeless while searching for a therapist that's near you and in your price range, we see you. 👀

Right now, affordable mental health care is hard to find, and that's a real problem... but AI isn't the fix. We need real humans behind this work. Swipe to see why →

If you’ve ever struggled with intrusive memories, flashbacks, or emotional triggers, you’re in the right place.

Trauma may have an impact on your day-to-day life now, but that doesn’t always have to be the case.

Specialized approaches to trauma recovery like EMDR can lead to lasting healing, and our clinicians, including Eriana (featured in this video) are dedicated to providing you with compassionate support at any stage in your trauma recovery journey.

About us.

Welcome!

Are you ready to experience mental health care differently?

We are an integrative mental health care practice in Plymouth, Michigan and operating online.

The root of integrative is integral, meaning “to render (something) whole, bring together the parts of”. And that’s exactly what we do at Reset. We look at your mental health as a whole, considering stressors, trauma, fitness, diet, sleep patterns, work/school, physical ailments, relationships and transitions in your life. By looking at the sum of the parts, you can be certain that your mental well-being becomes part of a lifestyle shift (or reset!), not just a quick fix or an isolated perspective.
