We are excited to be launching a free, virtual New Parent Support Group for those who are pregnant through the first year postpartum (all new parents welcome!) This group offers a supportive, trauma-informed space to connect, share, and build coping tools alongside others who get it.

This important training is now open to *community members* in Hillsdale county as well as perinatal professionals. If you live in Hillsdale and interact with pregnant and postpartum people, the information learned here, could help you prevent a medical emergency. It's going to be great!

✨ New Year's Birthworker Night of Reflection and Intention Setting ✨

What: An opportunity to process our 2025, and share our hopes and goals for 2026. This reflection exercise is structured, so please arrive as close to 7pm as you can. We’ll have moments of quiet writing, sharing, and getting to know each other better. 🤎 Bonus: We'll have a Hot Chocolate Bar! 🤎

Why: The beginning of the year is the perfect time to gather and feel rejuvenation for another year of supporting birthing people.

How: Dress comfortably! Feel free to wear something you can feel relaxed and cozy in. We’ll have paper and pens available, but if you’d like you can bring your own journal.

Who: Anyone who works with pregnant, birthing, or postpartum people.

When: Saturday, January 17th, 7-9pm

Education is so helpful when preparing to breastfeed, and for transitions on the feeding journey like coming to end of maternity leave.
