💪 Let’s Talk About Sarcopenia 💪
Starting as early as your 30s, we naturally begin to lose 3–8% of muscle mass per decade — a process called sarcopenia. By age 60+, this accelerates, affecting strength, balance, and independence.

But here’s the good news:
Exercise is the most powerful tool we have to slow or even reverse it.
💪 Resistance training just 2–3x/week can:
✅ Increase muscle mass
✅ Improve balance & coordination
✅ Reduce risk of falls by up to 30%

🧘‍♀️ From morning yoga to evening strength sessions, we’ve designed a lineup to fit your life and elevate your wellness.

✨ Highlights:
• Yogalates with Sara on Weds 10:30 AM
• Cardio, Stamina and Strength with Jill on Fri. 9:00am
• Chair Fit with Jackie on Mons at 2:00p.m.
• New Gentle Balance, Flexibility and Core Strength with John on Thurs at 2:00pm
• Restorative Yin with Laurie on Tues at Noon
• Upper Body Strength and Balance and Building Stamina and Strength with Jackie on Tues at 9:00am and 10:00am.
