We will gather to breathe, move, and vibrate in harmony with the sea.

Join us for a beautiful evening of movement, breath, and sound on the beautiful white sand shores of Anna Maria Island. We will gather in the vibrant “3” energy of that day - the frequency of creativity, joyful expression, and social connection.

🧘 The Experience
• Gentle Yoga Flow and Breath work for the first 30-40 minutes followed by a Sound Bath of Crystal Singing Bowls & Gong vibrations.
• Relaxation, connection, and self-expression by the sea

Our mantra for this healing practice:

“Like the ocean, I flow with creativity, joy, and ease.
I am open, expressive, radiant, and free.”

💫 This is a community event welcoming all levels! There is no charge to join us!

Take Manatee Ave all the way to the end and you will come to the public parking lot. When facing the Gulf, go to the right side past the volleyball courts toward street marker 43rd street. There is a bench there as well. All you need is a towel or mat, water, and an open heart! Love offerings accepted!

Hello Sunset Yoga Tribe and Florida friends! I’m looking for someone to help take care of my babies, Bella and Rainbow, from Sunday, May 24th until Tues, May 26th. I’ll need help from Sunday afternoon until Tuesday afternoon. You are welcome to stay in my home for those two days, or just come and check on them and love on them twice a day!
