Take Manatee Ave all the way to the end and you will come to the public parking lot. When facing the Gulf, go to the right side past the volleyball courts toward street marker 43rd street. There is a bench there as well. All you need is a towel or mat, water, and an open heart! Love offerings accepted.

“Such a great group of international students practicing yoga this morning at IMG Academy!” 🙏🧘‍♀️💙

Countries represented included the U.K., Chile, Israel, Romania, England, Sweden, China, Korea, and the U.S (NewYork, Texas, and Orlando). These amazing athletes represented basketball, baseball, golf, track, and lacrosse. I love the opportunity to share my passion of yoga with these incredible and diverse students! We all breathe , move, and flow together in one small space!

I absolutely LOVE that Facebook reminded me that yesterday was my 7 year anniversary of when I completed my first 200 hr YTT training! I am beyond grateful for where my yoga journey has taken me and all of the beautiful souls that have crossed my path because of yoga! It is truly my JOY and my PASSION! 🧘‍♀️🙏💦🌅🩵🧜‍♀️☀️🌴🌈
