My name is Lauren Breeden and I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach here in McKinney, Texas. I help busy people take back their health through small, consistent changes, providing help and hope to those struggling with autoimmune diseases and everyday challenges. I have a passion for doing this because of my own health struggles and triumphs with lupus, Sjogren’s disease and chronic pain and fatigue. I didn’t think exercise was even possible or safe when I started out, but the right trainer and the right training showed me I was wrong. Over time I learned that I can be stronger, I can have more energy, and yes, I can THRIVE despite autoimmune issues. Being busy can’t be your excuse - make time for yourself now, because in the end your health is wealth! With better health you can have hope for a better tomorrow; and with a better tomorrow you can truly live a life of vitality. That’s what I’m all about at Health Hope Vitality, and I’m here to help you!

I've added stand-alone laser lipolysis sessions to my service menu! Now let me explain what that is and why you'll want it!

Laser lipolysis panels are a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level laser technology to help encourage fat cells to release stored fatty acids, which your body then naturally processes. It’s painless, relaxing, and requires no downtime. It reduces fat in stubborn areas, helps decrease the appearance of cellulite, and firms/tones skin.

Common treatment areas include:
• Stomach
• Love handles
• Thighs

• Back
