Today I read this, “Change my story, for Your glory.” In this season of waiting for God to answer a call for change. I’ve been impatient and angry. I have been upset and sometimes downright hostile because the situation seems like it’s never going to change. But I am His. Scripture says that He will not leave me or forsake me, so He must be growing me. Today, I will try to walk in patience and love, expectantly awaiting His hand of favor. He is my rock and my savior, and He will rescue me.

It’s almost my birthday. Facebook always lets you choose a nonprofit to donate to, but this year, I’d like to support colleague and my daughter’s track coach, Coach Beene. His wife, Corye Beene, is in need of medical treatment. The family is raising money through mealtrain to be able to get her that much needed treatment. I have had the pleasure of teaching his son and have watched him coach my own child. Please help me in supporting this family of my own Anna, TX Community in their time of need.
