Say hello to our new student therapist Sidney!
We love supporting the next generation of Occupational Therapists. With a heart for kids, Sidney will be working alongside Laura and Sue to bring extra fun to our sessions from mid January-April 2026!

My name is Sidney Schreiner and I am currently a Doctor of Occupational Therapy student at Creighton University. I am in my final semester with graduation in May. I grew up in Kimball MN and completed my Bachelors in Integrative Science and minor in psychology at the College of Saint Benedict. My love and appreciation working with kids began in high school when I was a TA in the kindergarten and special education classrooms. I find so much joy working with kids and seeing them reach developmental milestones, express their creative side, and adapt/learn to overcome challenging activities. Outside of being a student, I really enjoy reading books, baking, playing pickle ball, fishing, and going for walks in the evening. I am excited for the next couple months and getting to meet each of you!

The past several months have been a testament to the community we’ve built at Above and Beyond Therapeutic Services. We recently gathered at La Chule to honor the heart of our practice: Jackie and Sue, whose dedication keeps us moving forward.
Our new facility has been buzzing with energy—from the festive chaos of Halloween to the quiet triumphs of daily therapy sessions. As we look toward 2026, we are pleased to offer expanded availability for new families. We remain committed to helping every child master their motor, emotional, and functional milestones. Tomorrow, Thursday October 30th, 2025 the Annandale Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting the annual Trick or Treat event downtown as well as at other business locations throughout our community. Look for the bright orange sign in the window for participating businesses!

We'd love to see you at our new location at 331 Harrison St. W Annandale! We'll have traditional candy as well as sugar, food dye, and gluten free choices upon request.

And because some kids can't have any of those options... small toys and stuffed animals are also available (just let us know when you arrive).

We hope to see you tomorrow!
