                                            ✨What is mindfulness practice?✨
How many times have you ever started your day unsure how your day will go? When you least expect it, something doesn’t go your way, and you react with anger and frustration. I know I have. We all have but starting the day with mindful practice may help. 
What is Mindfulness? 
Mindfulness is a form of mediation that you focus on being aware of what you are sensing and feeling. 
We all have those moments when we start a new challenge or journey and we want to do tough it out. Have you ever started a diet and one day in your already cheating? Maybe you found a new trainer and the first day was so intense that you just decided not to go the next day? It happens more than you think. 
The best way to approach the start of the day or going for your goals is starting the day with purpose. This in a sense is the start of being motivated. First thing in the morning take a deep breath and tell yourself that “Today will be a good day.” “I will do 30 minutes of cardio.” “I will prep my meal prep of the week.” Whatever you want to accomplish that day, speak it into existence. Say it with intent and put in effort to do what you set out to do. 
As you go about your day check-in with yourself. Remind yourself of your daily intent and when you accomplish your goals set new ones. Reflex on how you feel, what could you have done different. If you gain frustration just calm yourself and reset your mind. Ask yourself what do I need in this moment to make this situation better. 
There are so many ways of practicing mindfulness I could literally make a post about it everyday. Just take it one day, one moment, one goal at a time.
