We are thrilled to celebrate that Leewood was awarded the Excellence in Antimicrobial Stewardship by Fairfax County Health Department!

In addition, FCHD created the Odion Award for Stewardship, Innovation and Service (OASIS Award) in memory of Odion Imhienintama, our former administrator.

The OASIS Award recognizes exceptional leadership and dedication from nursing home administrators who go above and beyond to support antimicrobial stewardship. This annual award honors administrators from SASS program facilities, celebrating their commitment to improving resident safety and advancing responsible antibiotic use.
