Exercise can be a powerful ally in your fight against cancer. Stay motivated, stay active, and let your strength shine through as you take control of your health journey. You've got this!

- Give yourself a goal: and a reason to keep up with your workouts.
- Add soundtrack: Find music that gets you energized.
- Book your workouts: Lack of planning is the biggest reason people don't exercise.
- Get your family support: Make an agreement with them: 4 or 5 days a week, you are entitled to 1 all-about-you hours workout.
- Buddy Up: Find a friend to workout with you. You are more likely to keep a commitment that you have made to someone else.
- Promise yourself 5 minutes: On really low-energy days, start your workout with the promise that you can leave after you finish you warmup. Once your blood starts pumping, there's a chance you 'll do your entire workout.
- Mix things up: What bores your mind also bores your body. You need variety to continue reaping results like fat loss and muscle tone.
- Record your workouts: Write your fitness goals in a journal and track your workouts. Determine the exercises that make you feel good.
- Reward yourself: When you hit a goal, treat yourself.
- Go on an adventure: Boost your adrenaline with an activity that challenges both your body and your fears. Such heart-pumping adventure sports raise your levels of adrenaline and the stress hormone cortisol and also provide you with an immediate way-exercise-to efficiently work that stress out.
