💥 Patient Spotlight 💥

This one’s long overdue — and well deserved. 🙌

A determined D1 softball player came in with years of low back pain and the heavy words from others: “You’ll never squat again.”

Fast forward through months of hard work, grit, and focused Physical Therapy 👉 she’s now back under the bar, crushing heavy back squats for the first time in YEARS. 🏋️‍♀️🔥

She didn’t just get rid of the pain… she proved what’s possible when you don’t settle for limits.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💪⚡ Can’t wait to see you dominate another season on the diamond. 🥎
