Duties and skills:

$1,000 new hire bonus. Details will be provided during interview
Welcome patients to the dental office
Prepare patients for procedures to ensure their comfort
Assist the Dentist during a variety of general dental treatment procedures
Set up instruments, equipment, and supplies needed for scheduled procedures
Take digital x-rays, impressions, and records as needed
Breakdown and clean operatories after treatment
Manage infection control and sterilize instruments
Adhere to OSHA and safety policies and procedures
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment
Utilizing electronic patient records
Experience with SoftDent practice management software is beneficial
Managing lab cases, dental supply ordering
Undertake lab tasks as instructed
Provide post-operative care instructions
Keep the dental operatories clean and well-stocked
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
Perform various office tasks as necessary
Maintains current CPR/AED certification
Maintain confidentiality of records
Other duties as assigned
