Menu Design --

We are in the beginning stages of designing our Spring & Summer menu cycle for our AHCS residents and would love YOUR input!

What do you think our residents would like to see on the menu & be served at meals?

-The population that we serve is generally 65+ years old.
-We do most of our cooking from scratch!
-Current menu structure: Main Entree, Alternate Entree of the Day, Starch, Veggie, Fruit/Dessert
(We offer an "Also Available" menu daily as well.)
