📣An announcement : I am transitioning out of gym settings for asana (yoga) instruction.

I have made this decision due to it being time to start leaning away from traditional western yoga tactics. Yoga is not a work out, and in my personal vendetta against it, your girl has to practice what she preaches!

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
I’m never done “instructing” I am just looking to expand my horizons as to how you can reach my work in a physical sense. This does not mean you will never get to move with me again.

I hope you continue to follow along as this journey continues to evolve and grow. As always, forever grateful for your following!

The anticipation is building over here as we await the new fresh beginnings of spring. Especially after this wild winter weather we have had, and we are all so sick of.
