Some of you know I wrote an induction during my hypnotherapy training way back in 2009 which I entitled Perfect Harmony. I like it so much that I still use it most of the time. tweaking it here and there, adding new bits as I learn more and more.

Today, I held the first session with a new client and used my Perfect Harmony induction. When I was done with the hypnosis and the client came back into the room, we chatted for a while. He checked his phone as he got up from the hypnochair and it was 2:22.

Curious I just did a search on 222: "Angel number 222 signifies harmony, balance, and positive energy, often interpreted as a message from the universe or guardian angels. It encourages trust in the process of life, suggesting that new opportunities and emotional healing are on the horizon."

So there ya go... the Angels have spoken.
