Some aspects to examine in your life, if you experience somewhat frequent rashes:

*What you eat:
Usual suspects are shellfish, garlic, bulb onions, hot spices.

*Potential toxins in your living space:
Sanitizers, disinfectants, chemicals released by carpets and furniture.

*What you wear, or put on your skin:
Not every cleaner, soap, moisturizing product is good for us. Simplify your hygiene routine.

*Profound, long-term unhappiness with your environment:
A toxic job, relationship, country or family can cause your body to express rejection to those situations.

Make a pact with yourself to thoroughly enjoy everything you eat.
Look at it and love the way it looks
Smell it and love the way it smells
Touch it and love the texture
Really taste it and love it
Chew it and love the sensation of chewing it

Don't eat anything without putting your full attention to it.

Don't ever allow the emotion of Guilt to constrict your digestion. The emotion can do just as much damage as the ill-advised food.

The Uterus must be kept Warm. A cold belly can lead to menstrua pains and disorders, specially if dehydration is added.

Particular care should be taken to keep a well covered belly. The lower belly should feel warm at all times, externally and internally.

Warm food, warm water and warm clothing are key!

Use restrain with cold food like sushi and always consume it together with warm/hot food.

A Big portion of our days is spent in front of screens, and that can lead not only eye fatigue but headaches, tight muscles (particularly neck muscles), and grumpiness.
Here are some tips
🧐Take screen breaks as often at possible
😎Turn down the brightness of your screen
🤓Take genuine lunch breaks, away from electronics
🕶Wear blue light glasses

Chew very well. Chewing your food well is one of the simplest way to improve your health.
For optimal digestion, your saliva needs to coat your food thoroughly with its enzymes, so it's important to chew your food well until it becomes a soft mush. REDUCE DAIRY INTAKE
Dairy foods sit heavily in your body, they are slow to digest, create a lot of waste, traps mucus, and add weight to your body. All this results in your energy being sapped while the body tries to repair the imbalance.

BE AFRAID OF SUGAR, NOT FAT.

All body functions are regulated by hormones and cholesterol is a hormone building block. Low cholesterol levels are proven indicators for depression, violent behavior, stroke, cancer and even su***de.
AND a correlation between fat intake and heart disease remains to be proven.

Now, if we consume sugar and that sugar is not used immediately for energy is converted in to fat: sugar derived fat is Junk-fat.

Sugar consumption as a habit creates a constant irritation of the arterial walls, combined with cholesterol deposit to rescue them from inflammation, creates cardiovascular disease.

Cholesterol accumulation in the arteries didn't get there due to cholesterol intake, it got there as a liver's protective response to sugar intake.

To protect your cardiovascular health, remove sugar as much as you can from your diet.
