Annapolis Mindfulness

Annapolis Mindfulness "A lifetime of peacefulness is in the art of letting go." Annapolis Mindfulness is where the intellectual meets the spiritual. That simply is who we are.

We practice Vipassana meditation together as we converse the Buddhist Philosophy readings. Our classes are both practical and discussional. Breaths, dialogues and a cup of tea.
