The distinction between a manager and a leader is often discussed in the context of organizational roles. Managers are responsible for ensuring that the goals of an organization are met through processes such as budgeting, organizing, and staffing. Leaders, on the other hand, are more concerned with setting the direction, creating a vision for change, and inspiring people to follow that vision.

Today, I am compelled to pray fervently. Never doubt my gut feeling; it activates to protect me. When in doubt, saying no is a way to acknowledge an enemy and walk away. A sense of precaution means recognizing potential danger. If someone seems too good to be true, be aware that they may not be good for anyone and could intend harm. Distance yourself from the company of such individuals.

Anyone who pressures you against your instincts is not a friend. Rely on yourself for safety; you know your limits and should not let anyone pressure you to disregard your sense of safety. A false friend will oppose your instincts to protect yourself. Those who pressure me after I've said no are not my friends, and I pray to God, my creator, to help me recognize an enemy and to know when to walk away from the temptation and the temper.
