Spring Herb Class at Wellsview on Saturday 4/12!

This herbal series is offered each season this year! Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Please join us for this Spring session!

It is a great opportunity to learn herbs in our Materia Medica - both western and eastern - that help us align naturally with what the season brings.

Typically, we will focus on 5-8 herbs in each class, covering general monograph information, some history, ecology and ethnobotany of the herbs; how they relate to our bodies, minds, spirits; and learn ways to integrate them safely into our daily lives promoting greater well-being. We will learn how native, western and eastern traditions with the herbs may serve our lives.

We will provide hands-on 'medicine-making' in relationship with the herbs you personally choose. You will leave class with your own hand-crafted herbal product and recipe(s) for other projects to explore at home each season.

This year's Spring program will offer learnings about the herbs, and celebrate the gifts of adding bitters to our daily mealtimes. And of course, we will sip some spring teas too! Space is limited so sigh up today.

There is a team of teachers for this multi-season series. The faculty for this year's Spring class include Dr. Kate and Christel Libiot as the leaders behind the counters.

This is a live, in-person class. Audio recordings will be available for all who register for this session for personal use only.
