This week’s featured trainer is Hayden Fisher!
Charismatic, intelligent, and dedicated, Hayden is not just an incredible trainer – he’s an incredible human. Oh, and did we mention he can deadlift 590 pounds?
One of the many standout things about Hayden (and trust us, there are a lot) is his generosity. He loves to share the wealth knowledge collected in his time as a fitness instructor:

Aside from the gym, Hayden is a true jack of all trades – with interests spanning reading and reggae music to cooking and video games.
