No Noon class today. Unfortunately we have had some difficulties getting our parking lot safely cleared. We will reevaluate conditions to determine if we have night classes. There is off street parking and a few spots in the very front of the lot. If you come to the gym to work out on your own, please use those spots.

So many of our members and trainers have a back story, myself included.
We're going to take some time over the next few weeks to highlight and applaud as many of these folks as we can. They've earned it. Their accomplishments, big and small, offer inspiration to those who feel stuck or are just starting out. Every story offers lessons in consistency, asking for help, and sometimes starting over.

Despite the busy holidays my clients have missed few to no workouts this week! I talk a lot about consistency being more important than motivation. You can be highly motivated and still miss your workouts, but if you show up to all your workouts, regardless of your motivation, you will come out on top every time!!!
