Our trainer of the week is Cole Rodriguez! 

If you’re into early morning classes at RISE, you’ve definitely seen Cole before.  Even at 5 am, he brings energy and intensity that wakes you up way more than a cup of coffee. ☕️

After serving 8 years in the Coast Guard, Cole started training as a way to keep fitness as a central part of his life.  His dedication, discipline, and drive is present in every workout he leads. But beyond the sweat, Cole really cares about community.

“This is where I come to work out regularly, the people are great, and I love the vibe. It’s also very versatile with the availability of knowledge and performance.”

This week’s featured trainer is Josh Craddock! ⭐️

With over 13 fitness certifications under his belt – everything from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and Level 3 Qigong Healing Instructor, Josh brings an impressive breadth of knowledge to every class he teaches and every room he enters. 

Aside from his impressive resume, Josh is an incredibly kind and dedicated trainer. He is a wonderful mentor and a pleasant presence, someone who truly cares about every person who comes through the front door.

“I love that we are REAL. RISE isn’t the fanciest gym, or the most expensive, or the most flashy; in fact, it’s kind of rugged and raw. But, the knowledge, passion, clientele, and culture here are unmatched, and that’s the exact reason I love it. No gimmicks, just excellence.”

This week’s featured trainer is Hayden Fisher! 

Charismatic, intelligent, and dedicated, Hayden is not just an incredible trainer – he’s an incredible human. Oh, and did we mention he can deadlift 590 pounds? 

One of the many standout things about Hayden (and trust us, there are a lot) is his generosity. He loves to share the wealth knowledge collected in his time as a fitness instructor:  

“Fitness positively changed and impacted my life in a way that I can’t even begin to explain through text. I love sharing my knowledge and witnessing fitness have the same life-changing effects on my clients’ lives as it did mine.”

Aside from the gym, Hayden is a true jack of all trades – with interests spanning reading and reggae music to cooking and video games.
