Happy May! It's a great weekend to enjoy the Annapolis May Day baskets around town and tons of local area events and festivals.

The 23rd annual Annapolis Book Festival is happening this Saturday (5/2) at Key School, a free family event bringing nationally renowned authors to the community to discuss their books and the craft of writing and featuring a day filled with children's activities, live music, food, a huge used book sale, and a literary marketplace.

We have decided to make these classes FREE for anyone to attend going forward; however, registration is still required so we can send you the details to join when the class date comes (including some takeaway materials afterwards)

Have you been told by your pediatrician that your baby may have something called Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy?

Are you breastfeeding or providing breastmilk and wondering what this means for your current diet and feeding plan?

First and most importantly, babies can thrive whether they are fed breastmilk, formula, or a combination of both. Both breastfeeding and formula feeding are healthy and appropriate choices. A diagnosis of Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy does not mean you must stop feeding your baby in the way that works best for your family.
