Menopause.

It’s a natural, inevitable life stage for half the population—yet it's still shrouded in awkward silences, outdated assumptions, and way too many whispers. For something that affects millions of women physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, it’s shocking how often menopause is ignored in our workplaces, healthcare systems, families, and even among friends.

The truth? Menopause isn’t just about hot flashes. It’s about sleep disruption, mood shifts, cognitive fog, identity changes, and the quiet recalibration of a woman’s life. It’s a time of transition, yes—but also of tremendous opportunity. When supported and acknowledged, menopause can be a gateway to vitality, self-awareness, and deep wisdom.

Apurva Wellness is an online Ayurveda and Yoga boutique offering educational programs geared toward empowering women who want to spark their inner Divine through sadhana, or daily practice.

Known as the “Science of Life”, Ayurveda touches upon several features of how to live a healthy, happy, satisfying life. It lays out a very specific definition of “health” (svastha), integrating the body, the mind, and the spirit to bring about a truly wholistic approach to living. The framework for this approach lies in aligning our Lifestyle practices with Nature’s rhythms as a way to tap in to our own physical, mental, and spiritual healing power. Simply put, each one of us is already pre-programmed for promoting long-term health! Yoga and Ayurveda are powerful pathways to awaken this incredible wisdom; their ultimate goal is self-realization, and the path to this is through consistent, sacred practice ("sadhana").

We can make any action, thought, or word a sadhana; an opportunity to infuse the Divine in everything we do, think, or say.
