I can’t even begin to describe the love and connection that everyone cultivated over the past week. All I know is that our hearts are overflowing, and now our work is to integrate the joy and peace into our day to day lives.

Thank you all, from the entirety of my heart, for taking time to practice yoga, meet new people, walk through the jungle, swim in the ocean, sit with the sunsets, and Embody Nature’s Rhythm 🌿🙏

My loves! It’s almost time for me to fly south for the winter.

My last day teaching classes at .factory.annapolis (for the year) is December 22 ✨

Kevin and I will be wintering in Costa Rica until mid April. This land is quickly becoming our second home, and we feel very blessed to be part of so many loving communities.

I’m looking forward to unplugging and taking time to truly rest. Love you all so much 💗
