Wellness with Priscilla Personal Trainer & Health/Wellness Coach, based in Annapolis, MD I’m an ACE certified Personal Trainer and AAAI Sports Nutrition Consultant.

Personal trainer, nutrition coach, aspiring chef, and stylist are all ways to describe me, Priscilla Rosso. Based in Annapolis, I work with individuals and small groups to create customized plans to help them to achieve their fitness goals. I believe that developing a balanced and active lifestyle is possible even with the busiest schedule. I provide in-home personal training, and train one-on-one

and small groups at private studios in Annapolis and Arnold. I am a group exercise instructor and small group personal trainer to staff members at Anne Arundel Medical Center. I am a faculty member at Anne Arundel Community College’s Center on Aging, leading baby boomers and seniors in developing strength and conditioning. After getting engaged in 2010, I created Fit 2 Be Wed, a bridal training program for brides, grooms, mother of the bride, bridesmaids, and anyone looking to get in shape and lose weight for a wedding. Your wedding day is the most memorable day of your life and it is important that you feel and look your best. In January 2013, I won a Chesapeake Bridal Award for Fit 2 Be Wed for my bridal programs. My passion for an active lifestyle started at a young age through youth sports and is still going strong. Fitness for me is about setting goals, trying new things, and challenging yourself every day. I trained for 6 months to hike the Grand Canyon and I will never forget how hard I worked and the amazing feeling of accomplishment. I live in Annapolis with my husband John. I love being outside. Boating, running, hiking, walking the dog—I enjoy it all. When I’m not trying a new sport, I’m keeping up on the latest fashion trends. Before becoming a fitness professional, I was the manager of an upscale women’s boutique where I helped our clients fit the look that fit their style and budget. Contact me:

Getting real vulnerable here… one of my major struggles I have been dealing with is stress, which turns into poor decisions (food choices, compounding issues of working too much, excerising too little and seeking sugar for some dopamine.. also, why I stopped really drinking in 2017 ish) so through the unhealthy habits and choices came significant weight gain. Through therapy I understand that my stress responses are tied to my early childhood traumas and adhd.
Fast forward to year 8 of , Ive gained and attempting to battle off my “baby weight (ck baby get it? And I guess the 4 actual kids don’t help with the whole time/stress conundrum either)” but had trouble finding ways to force myself to be consistent.
Being active in sports is easy and fun, but working out by myself with the only goal of working out is a struggle. Finding an amazing trainer in and workout partner in has been a godsend! Huge shout out to them 🙏🙏

Tina reach out to me in June 2021 to get in shape for her daughter’s October wedding. She was determined to look and feel her best. When she started she was 171 lbs. Tina committed to eating healthy, working out three to four days, and changing her lifestyle. She lost 2-3 inches overall and reached 147 lbs. Try this challenge 💪 burpees and lunges ladder challenge. Reps are as follows. 2 lunges, 2 burpees, 4 lunges, 4 burpees, and so on. 2-4-6-8-10. Once you hit 10 go back down 10-8-6-4-2
