Hello Friends and Happy New Year! I'm happy to share Yoga Nidra is back this month, either virtually or in-person. I hope you can join me for this beautiful practice. Please see times and links below...
Monday, January 27th at 7pm: Virtual Yoga Nidra-Winddown after the weekend with a free Yoga Nidra practice. No prior experience necessary and pj's are welcome! If you are interested in the virtual practice send me a message and I'll email the link to you.
Tuesday, January 28th at 6pm: Free Yoga Nidra at Broadneck Library. This is a live, monthly class held at Broadneck Library (1275 Green Holly Dr, Annapolis, MD 21409). Come early to ensure your spot (check-in opens at 5:45pm), and pre-registration isn't required. Wear something comfortable (layers are good as it gets cool in there), and bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket for comfort. An eye pillow or something to cover your eyes is also suggested as we have to keep some light on in the room. I'll also have some props as well for you to use.
