Hi Everyone, Yoga Nidra is back this week. I hope you can join me for this beautiful practice.
(Tonight!)Tuesday, June 24th at 6pm: Free Yoga Nidra at Broadneck Library. This is a live, monthly class held at Broadneck Library (1275 Green Holly Dr, Annapolis, MD 21409). Come early to ensure your spot (check-in opens at 5:45pm), and pre-registration isn't required. Wear something comfortable (layers are good as it gets cool in there), and bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket for comfort. An eye pillow or something to cover your eyes is also suggested as we have to keep some light on in the room. I'll also have some props as well for you to use. More information in this link:
