Spring is finally here and with it music, yoga nidra and a lot of gardening!

Today, Sunday 4-26 at 4-5pm: If you are in the Annapolis area and looking for a little rainy day music, I'll be singing with The Freedom Choir for their Spring Concert at Eastport United Methodist Church (926 Bay Ridge Road). The Choir sings uplifting songs from around the globe with messages of peace, hope, healing and friendship. They are non-affiliated with any religion or creed. I've attached a link to their website and the flyer below. It's my first time singing with the choir and it's been super fun! 🥰

Monday, 4-27 at 7pm: After some craziness at work and tax season finally being over, free, virtual I AM Yoga Nidra™ is back. I hope you can join me for this lovely, relaxing practice tomorrow night. If you would like to join virtually, send me a DM and I'll get you the link.

Tuesday, 4-28 at 6pm: I AM Yoga Nidra™ at Broadneck Library 6pm: This is an in-person, monthly class held at Broadneck Library (1275 Green Holly Dr, Annapolis, MD 21409). Come early to ensure your spot (check-in opens at 5:45pm), and pre-registration isn't required. Wear something comfortable (layers are good as it gets cool in there), and bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket for comfort. An eye pillow or something to cover your eyes is also suggested as we have to keep some light on in the room. I'll also have some props and eye masks as well for you to use. Come early to ensure your spot (check-in opens at 5:45pm), and pre-registration isn't required. Wear something comfortable (layers are good as it gets cool in there), and bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket for comfort. An eye pillow or something to cover your eyes is also suggested as we have to keep some light on in the room. I'll also have some props as well for you to use. Hope to see you tonight!
