❄️ Dedication doesn’t take snow days. ❄️

This past ice storm winter was one for the record books, and our team at Bay Community Support Services answered with shovels, teamwork, and a whole lot of determination. Vehicles were dug out, plans were adjusted, and services kept rolling!

Was it easy? Nope.
Was it chilly? Very.
Was it worth it? Absolutely!

The people we support count on routine, connection, and familiar faces — and our staff showed up anyway. Icy roads, cold hands, warm hearts. That’s commitment in action. 💙

🦫❄️ It’s official — Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow. ❄️🦫

And judging by the mountains of snow and ice here in Southern Maryland… winter clearly got the memo.

Even with six more weeks of winter on the forecast, our team at Bay Community Support Services kept the day warm, welcoming, and full of connection inside our center. When the weather outside is icy, we focus on keeping things positive, active, and fun indoors.

More winter. More snow. Same commitment. 💙

Thank you to the families and team members who came out to our Meet & Greet at our Waldorf group home on Tuesday. It was truly wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces, connect in person, and spend time together in the home.

We are excited to welcome our new residents and continue building a supportive, individualized environment where everyone can thrive.
