Urgent or immediate care visits are only $125 and Evolve provides everything necessary for reimbursement (all you do is sign and send).

Evolve's also offers a unique Direct Primary Care membership model for $49/month. Affordable, exemplary care with compassionate and attentive providers. Save money on medications, labs and radiology. Members have saved thousands of dollars and avoided unnecessary tests and surgeries. It's perfect for anyone with a deductible they rarely, if ever, reach.

Founded by a "Top Doc" Internist with over 15 years experience, Evolve Medical Clinics is the next generation of Primary and Urgent care. Evolve Medical Clinics brings game-changing convenience shifting the medical office to center around the patient. Members enjoy virtual visits through their phone, tablet or computer so they don't have to leave home or office or in-person primary or urgent care visit wait times less than 30 minutes--or the visit is free!

Quick question or want to check on unscheduled wait times-text us! We feel it is about time people find the care and convenience they deserve. Our providers and staff are an all-star team: happy, friendly and focused on clinical excellence and patient's experience. Member's pay just $49/mo and then just $25 for a visit- whether virtual or in-person. Non-members pay $125 per visit but unfortunately can not do virtual visits, texting or email.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Michael Freedman has been an Annapolis Internal Medicine physician since 1997 and has been awarded Top Docs honors 6 years in a row from Whats Up Magazine. In July 2014, he opened Evolve Medical, a practice where he could provide a much higher level of care and service in a setting that was fast, easy and accessible. It needed to have the same conveniences as salons, hotels and restaurants. It needed to be technologically cutting edge with online scheduling that was easy and fast, not bulky like today's electronic medical portals. The phones needed to be answered by a human. He wanted to be able to communicate with his patients via text, email or virtually. He envisioned a system where patients would be respected. He imagined an environment to be relaxing, with hard wood floors, local artists paintings, coffee, tea and water with lemon-something more reminiscent of a cafe or spa than a doctors office.
