Who we are

Hi!

We are two therapists with over 20 years of experience each. We have found that many of our patients struggle with compulsive eating, body image, and weight issues. We were trained in hypnosis with the Wellness Institute of Seattle. The developed Trim-Life integrating hypnosis to help with compulsive eating and weight issues. We have found Trim-Life to be a wonderful group program to help bring many of these issues to consciousness for our patients to work on.
